I am starting a new job in Gloucester in October, I have 2 weeks training in Bristol starting a week on Monday and need some advice.

This will be my first real world job out of uni and I need you to answer a couple of questions.

I currently live in Glasgow and have yet to find a flat in Gloucester so will be flying straight to Bristol on Sunday 5th October, this will obviously limit the amount of things I can take. I will be living in a hotel in the city centre so can always pop into town and grab some essentials I have forgotten.

Question is, what to take?

How many shirts do you recommend? and suits? and ties? and pairs of shoes?

I just don't know!

Any advice on what the essentials are for the first week of work would be great!

I can't help mate, but I know it can be quite daunting, so best of luck and just take it all as it comes and try to enjoy it

Yeah just the basic essentials for each day of work then obviously some casual stuff for days off. Your only going to be limited in a hotel what you can store there. Hotels will have all the facilities for washing dry cleaning and ironing. Good luck.
