Just been watching BBC's Click technology programme. They shown the SonyEricsson Xperia LG Renoir and G1. All phones looked fantastic especially the SonyEricsson. It looked far sexier than i thought it could be. Anyone wants to see this programme you should go to BBC News 24 website and you should be able to view the programme on iplayer. The only thing the presenter said about the SonyEricsson as negative was the touch screen was not very responsive. Actually its www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer and you can view the programme there. The screen looked amazing on the SonyEricsson

Oh you seen it too. Im not sure how big it is though it never looked as big in the presenters hands as i thought it might be. Looks a good smart phone from them though lets hope they get it right this time.

Oh yes you bet it will. Though at least or at last SonyEricsson have bought out a great smartphone. God knows how long they take over it. The LG looks good too but i had a bad experience with LG but still every phone has its problems. Not too keen on the G1 on T Mobile.

touchscreen not responsive is a pretty massive drawback

Could that be a firmware issue.

Spent 2 hours this afternoon playing with a G1 putting it through it's paces.....God dam it's fast, I mean properly fast!!! The menu's open at near warp speed, the browser is the quickest i've ever used and the GPS was accurate to within 1m indoors! All I'm gonna say is bye bye Blackberry, hello G1! Only downside was YouTube wasn't as clear as I'd have expected (but saying that it was smooth in it's playback), lack of flash in browser (a forthcoming app should sort that) and haptic feedback for the dialer (again an app should sort that as well)! It's a must see and feel-build quality is second to none!
