I have just unlocked my K810i on Orange but the menu key that's on the far right next to the C button is opening the WAP browser instead of the main menu. It's doing exactly the same thing as the operator key does. How do I get it back so it opens the menu?

you may need to flash the firmware or try to perform a master reset.

I have tried a master reset but it still opens the browser. How do I get it so it opens the menu?

Then try flashing the phone...

Use this tutorial for CID52 (or lower):

and this one for CID53 phones:

all stuff you need (flash driver, firmware files) can be found on www.4shared.com

I have found that the problem was because I flashed my Orange phone with generic firmware when I unlocked it. I flashed it again with Orange firmware and it has fixed the problem.

Well that's ok then if you fixed it. But don't think that generic firmware will act like that. You may used wrong firmware files, or damaged ones. But who cares now, you have a working phone.
