> Carphone-O2 Upgrades help?

Hi
I need some help on what is the current best offers on CPW o2 upgrades. This is for my sister who has no mobile knowledge. I am no longer in the UK and have been out of the loop for nearly 2 years.
She currently has a Motorola V3. Looking for a similar slim and stylish phone. Was offered for free on a 18m contract a Motorola Z10 or Samsung Tocca.
A quick look at the CPW site showed as good slim handsets:
Samsung G600/U600,
SE W910i/W760i.W350
(She is not really interested in free gifts, would prefer discount on line rental. She is not interested in latest 8mp cameras or the most advanced OS. It just has to be a stylish. Girls ehh!)
What are the current retentions offers?

All depends on monthly spend. If she only has a cheap tariff then they aint gonna offer her much.

Thanks JC, here bills are quite low (she has a UK contract but lives in Brussels, only uses her phone when she goes to UK the odd weekend.)
Don't advise for her to go on PAG, I have turned blue in face telling her and she has never listens.
Let me dig deeper to find out what her actual monthly bills are? Her roaming bills are usually huge.
