i need help with setting up a connection thru WLAN.
i scanned for and found an access point. however, it was padlocked.
my phone asked me to set up an account, which i did....thrice.
i tried infrastructure connection, as well as ad-hoc
with infrastructure, it said connection failed
with ad-hoc, it said connected. but when i tried to open a web page, it said "could not find remote server at
www.xyz.com"
i thought that a padlock connection would ask me for a key. but it didn't
how am i supposed to access a padlock connection?

you need to have the password so you will get connected

Once you get the password, make sure you turn off power saving in wifi settings. It knows to make problems with your wifi.
