In FAQ write this:

The procedure will permanently unlock your handset; flashing again with services such as SEUS and DavinciTeam will not affect the unlock status.

It will change your phone certificate to blue after the unlock , you will not be able to flash your phone or claim warranty later. ( This is with ultimate unlocker)
You can flash your phone only if you have Cruiser Dongle/Setool Dongle , both are smart cards and cost 150-200 EUR.
