> MSI Bluetooth Key

I just bought a MSI bleutooth Doggle, but I doesn't really work that good. I can get the normal sync. to work, so that I can browse the P800, but I can't send Files like Jar files. I try to right click on the file, then sellect copy to, bluetooth, other, and then it can't find my phone. How can I get the Jar file on my phone?!

i use the msi bluetooth dongle with the sonyericsson software (XTND Connect) to sync with outlook XP, software from
www.christersson.org (mainly SendFile) to send other files across (themes, ringtones, etc) and sonyericsson's Image Editor to send backgrounds. It took a while to get set up but works flawlessly now. Make sure you have the latest version of MPM (Mobile Phone Monitor) from sonyericsson, it is on their website although a bit hard to find.

Yea, i had the MSI all nicely setup for my t68,& it works fine on the P800 aswell, however i never ever got the "send to BT" option you speak of working as it never found the phones, i always drag & drop to the file exchange window in my BT places/inbox, and have a shared file on desktop to use to send stuff from phone to pc. it means everything is backed up to one place which is great if you upgrade the phone sofware version or the phone packs up.

What settings/SW are you using on the send to -> BT? I've never got it working, other than on a 7650.
I'm using the MSI dongle and Tecom 1.2.2.16 SW, and I can send fine from my P800 to pc, but not the other way around. My P800 has the latest SW.

well, i think it is a bug in the driver. a good turn around is by copying then pasting your file in the inbox folder of your phone in the my bluetooth places. funny thing is, even the billionton usb bt dongle has this problem.

It works, and there is also a fw update for the key.
