Can anyone tell me what this phone is like?

My Mom currently has a Nokia 6100 which is about 6 years old. I am looking to get her a low budget phone, which has bluetooth. And this one seems to fit the bill.

Does anyone know if you can put your own message tone on?

My friend has it, it's a very decent phone for £25, but the slider is horrific after about 9months of moderate use, it requires two hands to forsefully push the two parts up.

I heard it's been replaced/upgraded to the E251. Is that available? I heard that many of the bugs/faults of the E250 have been solved in the E251.

Thanks.

The Samsung E251 is GSM Arena, released Sept 2008, so there aren't any on Ebay yet.

Can anyone suggest another low budget phone, for someone who is not into hi-tech things and doesn't need lots of functions.

I looked at the Sony Ericsson W200i, but that doesn't have bluetooth and that is a function I would like.
