Refurbished phone from orange, so orange branded and locked.
Easy to de-brand and unlock though using a data cable(not supplied) and software found on the internet.
As its a refurb it does have some scratches on the back of the phone. Screen still has a plastic protector on it.
It is phone, battery and charger only all supplied in a plain black box packaging from orange.
