Processor bigger than 2.6 ghz, you'll definate buy a laptop with more than that. Most laptops now have two processors, more than 1.5 Ghz so around 3 Ghz. "200gb ram" i think thats a typo I think your saying 200 GB hard drive, at £600 you'll be able to get a laptop with more than 200 gb.

looked on ebuyer:
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/144181
C2D @ 1.83 Ghz, 2GB Ram, 250 GB. For £389

I would recomend looking around, and if you do gaming a good graphics card.

You may want to have a look at the Dell XPS m1530 ...or the Dell Inspiron 1525..if the budget is a constraint...you can customize both online....i happen to own an XPS m1330..and have had the opportunity to play with several Inspirons...and must say that they offer great value for your money...dell tech support usually sucks... I know..as i used to be associated with it..but if you know your way around ...you can usually get your way

You see the way it says on the link to that laptop from currys about the processor being

Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T5750
(2 Ghz, 667 Mhz, 2 MB Cache)

does this mean it is 2x2Ghz processsors, making a total of 4Ghz? or is it 2Ghz in total?

2ghz total, but dual core means it has 2 cores, so technically has the performance of a 4ghz processor.
i have a dell xps m1530, and they are pretty decent. if you game be careful what graphics caard you get, otherwise most of the laptops are pretty simular.

so this has the equivelent of a 4Ghz processor the same as the m1530 from dell which has 2 2Ghz processors
