i was about to format my m2 yesterday when i noticed some hidden files were resting there. it said something about the date and time of manufacturing and shit.. so normally i got rid of it and formatted the card. now everytime i turn the phone on it asks me if i'm sure i want to format the m2. it's not that big of a problem, but i'm quite sure that one day i'm gonna press 'yes' accidently..
somebody got the same issue ?
somebody got the same damn files ?
thanks

Well, this has happened to many other se phones. This is due to a bug in the firmware. Try to test that m2 in another device

I guess you have formatted your m2 with a pc?
Try formating again with your phone, it should be fine.
Imo your phone doesn't recognize the m2 form cause you have formatted it with the pc

I think SE phones reserves some memory space (i.e hidden space) for configuration files and SMS when formatting a memory card and that is why formatting from a PC will not do it.

When you format your memory stick using your phone, the phone generates 2 files, memstick.ind and mstk_pro.ind.
Imo these files makes the phone reckon them...
