> Recommend me a media phone with quick transfer speeds?

Hi,
After searching Google, forums, blogs and Esato I decided to post here, hoping you well informed boys and girls might be so kind to offer me some advice.
The shortcomings of my ageing W810i have finally become too frustrating and I'm in the market for a new phone. I've had an SE w800 and a w810i but have no brand loyalty. In fact both phones are slow to bootup, close down and suffer terribly slow transfer speeds by their native usb cables.
Price is not an issue, but I do want value for money. There are a few features I'd like to have in my next phone:
Essential:
Quick transfer speed via cable: I regularly transfer large filesLarge memory capacity: 8GB minimumPC software available to archive SMS, MMS, contacts, etcBuilt in camera, videoDrivers work in both Vista and XPBonus:
Decent media playerPC software available to manage playlists on phoneCan play avi, divx, xvid, wmv moviesTouchscreenCompatible SNES emulator available
'Quick transfer speed via cable'
This is a really important one. I use my phone both as a sync for some office and home work files and as my mp3 player. I upload and download lots of music to the phone and after years of being frustrated with my phone's ancient transfer speed (via the USB2 cable) I consider a decent transfer speed a must. Yes, I know I could shut down the phone, fiddle with the phone, remove the card and put it into a reader/hub, wait, and then transfer files quickly; but that is cumbersome and shutting/starting the W810i takes an absolute age to load. I need my phone up and running at all times in my workplace so turning on and off regularly is not an option.
Thanks to all those for reading, and for any recommendations. I quite like the LG Viewty and the Nokia 96. I do not want an Apple iPhone.
Cheers!
Gary

Thanks alot, I'm aware of the W960 and will consider everything you said. I will try to get some hands on experience via Oxford Street shops with any recommendations here.
Thanks again for the quick reply!
