Option #1 - You package the phone up and pay for the shipping to the address they give you on an e-mail and they return the phone to you within 24 hours after recieving it. $35.50 USD
Option #2 - They (Sony) sends you a shipping carton with a prepaid shipping label that you drop your phone into and overnight to them and they return the phone to you within 24 hours after recieving it. $42.50 USD
Get a credit card in hand. It's very easy and fast.
