> K800i charging problem

Please help. Last night i put my 4 month old silver K800i on charge. Now it normally only takes around an hour to fully charge. Anyway 5 hours later i woke up and went to up plug it. But it was still charging and was no way near full. I then unplugged it and switched it off and took battery out. Then after much messing about its now normal again and has charged to 100%. But my question and worry is could this be either the start of my phones software going funny or could it be a battery or charging problem. Im asking cos im concerned it might happen again. Why does this happen. I know SonyEricsson phones are very fast at charging and never ever takes 5 hours and not fully charge. Thanks.

Try to clean the port using babies toothbrush first then spray a little WD-40 on a tissue and apply it on each little port carefully using a toothpick

Oh ok thats a new one on me i never heard that before. It does tend to do what alot of SonyEricsson mobiles do when charging. The slightest move it stops charging. Could be that though just looking at it now it is a little dusty. The rest of my phone is spotless i look after my phones. 4 months and not a scratch. I just forgot to clean charger and connection. Thanks.
