Can

I've seen lots of flash lite based files lately for nokia series 60 & series 40 phones....

I dont think it will, flash lite implementation of most se phones (at least before jp8,it was present almost exclusively on w series ,v1.1) are pretty patchy.
Some works, some don't,guess its compatibility issues with flash lite 2.0 (and not 2.1 or 3.0).
Newer phones post jp 8.2 are better afaik.

Can you explain how
Is it enough to transfer the swf file to phone or do we have to flash it using softwares like xs++ ?

Assuming your phone supports flashlite, you just have to transfer the file..

SE should run any flashlite app.
it thinks that it's a picture...so look in the images album.
you'll find the swf. files.

I downloaded some cool flash lite content for my

K660i ..the wallpaper's, screensavers ran full screen (some showed battery level, displayed pictures according to day of week) ... at the same time flash lite games didnt show in full screen initially but i was able to play it ....actually the flash game opened in the browser..so by putting the view option in full screen mode the game played in full screen
