Install this

Then unrar this and run this exe

Connect phone holding the C button and then wait for it to connect and do its thing, then at botton right press the GDFS button, and click in that tab "PHONE UNLOCK" (its something similar its the top option)

Then it will be funny at left hand side, its ok, its unlocking your phone for you. Then when it says at left "Succesful, unplug phone" do that
Now your phone lock code is 0000

Thats just xs++3.1, xs++ doesn't unlock phones, that just resets the user code.
