> Memory Card Problems on SE C902

Anyone got a problem with Memory Card on their C902? because I do. I tried every variant of coping mp3s to my mem. card from Media Manager, Mass Storage to using m2 mem. card adapter which I put on my card reader. Everytime I do that and put my card in the slot and turn on my phone I get that message: Memory card incorrectly formated, ect... and if I press YES everything gets deleted and if NO they stay... (but no matter how many times I fragmented card on this way I always get it when I turn the phone on.
Also I get sometimes, mostly just at the beggining that all files or some of them get deleted or just didn't copy to the card even though I've seen them get copied on my pc, and sometimes my mp3s get bugged (like only half of the song is played and it doesn't play anymore and if I don't turn to next song the phone freezes and restarts). When this happens, most of the times I get an empty mem. card. Any help?

You should NOT format the memory card in Windows.
Go to: File Manager -> Memory Status -> Memory Card
Click Option and then 'Format mem.card'

I believe you have formatted you memory card using your pc.
Doing this will make you got the 'press yes to format' cause thd phone doesn't recognize the card 'format'
Now back up all your files from the card and format the memory using the phone.
It should fix your problem

Nah it's not that. I format it though phone.
I did format one with pc and it phone couldn't recognize it (got that mem card not inserted), but then I bought a new one and got that Click to format at the beginning when I turn on the phone
EDIT: Maybe but the thing is I dunno how to recognize a fake one from an original. Is there a way to do that before buying it?
EDIT #2: I haven't used the reader much so I don't think it's that problem. BTW I can't post more then 3 times on my first day so i gotta use the edit thing

Do you often swap between memory cards? If that is the case then perhaps the card reader became loose and has bad contacts.

The same problem seems to occur on some K850s after using them a while. You should get the phone to nearest service center as it seems like hardware related problem.
P.S. Try a firmware update if you think it's the software. You may fix it after all.

I don't think it's firmware I've re-installed the latest version and I still get the problems. And I haven't used it for a while, I just bought it last friday and had the problem from the beginning, but I just didn't know what was wrong then.

Had the same problem with my C902 and talked to a friend who works at SE.
He said that the 'Incorrectly formatted..' message tells you that it's not formatted for optimal performance. You get it with a card formatted in a PC, but you shouldn't get it with a new card. It should be solved by formatting in the phone.
The message 'Card not inserted' indicates that the card isn't working or that the phone doesn't get the right contact with the card.
