well, after opening and closing the phone (Sony Ericsson w960i) couple of times, all vibrations stopped working no matter which configuration changes i make...
nothing happens even when i test vibrator in service menus
if it's hardware, does anyone know where is vibration module put in the phone and how does it look.
can this really be broken?

First option , try a SEUS update always.
If it does not work its a hw problem for sure.
I reckon it's a hardware problem.
