> R380S -> R380E - how to make service do it?

I've just bought a cheap (but new) R380S because when I have gone trought this and other forums I have understood that you just have to take your phone to local Ericsson service and they will gladly upgrade your phone to R380E standard. You can even see the banner scrolling on
www.telesupport.se advertising this. Now when I took my phone to service they upgraded my software but NOT to 380E-standard I asked. When I inquired this they said it is only made in "special occasions". Finnish Ericsson gave the same reply. Now, any ideas how to turn their heads or is this service restricted only to Swedes and other "better customers"
