Comparing with my old K750:

Good:
+ A2DP: works very well with HBH-DS970
+ Pretty good camera. Very similar to the one in the K750 but with 3 MP, less noise and faster UI.

Bad:
- Creaking battery cover. Can be fixed with a thin line of paper tape along the inside phone edge where the cover rubs and makes creaking noises.
- The sliding lens cover is quite stiff on my phone.
- Accessory port on the side - looks stupid sitting sideways in a cradle and you can't hold the phone properly with the wired earphones plugged in.
- Not compatible with the MXE-60 Xenon flash.
- Yellowish display and too small for 320x240
- Can't be flashed with a 100 percent compatible W-image (like K750->W800)

As a replacement for a K750 I would only recommend it if you want the camera upgrade and can live without the MXE-60, or if you're desperate to use A2DP (although the media player isn't a Walkman version)
