> W810i Freezing?

I have an issue with a w810i, It constantly freezes, and the only way to get it unfroze is to pull the battery out, 9/10 it wont even get past the Sony Ericsson welcome screen before its froze, you can't make calls etc. If I connect a charger it unfreezes but thats not practical and once charger is disconnected thats it froze again. Its running Orange software, If I debranded it etc and loaded latest software would that help?
