my phone is k810i. Whenever I send an email from my SE, my phone always says "Server not found". During the setup thru sony ericsson website, I just inputed what they ask for such as my email account (using gmail.com), password etc and send the configuration to my phone. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection on my phone, I usually use my phone to surf if I have something to research to.
I really appreciate if you help me.

sounds like you might not have selected SSL as encyrption which will also set the port to 995
edit: or are you try to use a WAP internet connection instead of a full web internet connection?

Yea as above, try if you can, to use a non-wap connection. Also interuppting it may have caused it to loose the settings you entered before you interupted it. Have you tried resending it?
edit: oh sorry I read that wrong lol
have you activated smtp and pop 3 on gmail?

according to my advance setting, I have encryption "TLS/SSL"
It seems that Im using WAP. Whenever I send email messages, i will go to menu > messaging > email.
I already re-send my email but the result is the same. "Server not found"
Is there something wrong with my email account or my phone settings?

Try these settings:
Well crossing out my username in the top right hand was a useless exercise - I didn't realise it was in the top bar

@ashlyjay, it won't work with a wap data account. you need a full web internet account for sending/receiving via gmail (indeed for most email providers).

nah, he means, there are two types of data accounts - WAP and full HTML.
Wap can only work on wap sites whereas html can work on any sites and that includes email
