I just bought a C902 that is scratched up at the top, I would like to replace this piece (where it says 5.0 Megapixel), has anyone done it? Can anyone walk me through it? Just ordered a new housing just for this piece, and a new battery cover won't hurt either.

I think you dont have to fully take the phone apart, looking at that video, the top part unclips if you pull on the sides

Hmm, I wish someone had done this already, I don't feel like being the guinea pig. I'll see what happens when the part comes in.

I've done it... It's quite hard, but can be done . You will have to be very careful with the little tiny clips that hold the upper part that you want to replace.
