Dear all,

if anyone faced this problem plz help ....

few months ago i bought my SE G900 .. and all its functions where working good until yesterday, my camera stopped responding when i tried to access it.
when i touch the camera tab, a statement pop up " Application cannot be started" ... i tried to update the software nothing changed, i tried to do a master reset also nothing changed .... now the camera is not working :s....

plz if anyone faced that and solved it ... reply how to fix it

Could possibly be the ribbon cable going to the camera has become slightly detached or damaged. Hopefully it's not this, as it will mean taking the phone apart to fix it. The ribbons are cheap, but it can be a fiddly job and not one for the inexperienced at taking phones apart!

if your phone still has warranty, use it. does the phone have signs of damage?

yeah ... still new .. without any scratch ... but not sure if there is a warranty :s .... ill check ...

if having done an update and a master reset didnt fix it, it could be what Sammy_boy said.
