OK I'm a Sys Admin as a main job and I can't get this to work!
I've taken ALL security off my router, and it's running DHCP. Turn the phone on, it finds the SSID. It connects fine. The router can't see it though as an attached device.
If I set up Network Access on the phone, from my PC I can go to start->run and type in \\192.168.0.3 and then log in using the user name and password i just set up in my Network Access just fine - and browse my files fine.
However, I cannot connect to the web using my phone over WiFi! It just says communication error and that's that.
I have no idea what I need to change, or try... I've tried setting all the IP config manually, tried differend DNSs etc but still no joy. I can get into the phone using WiFi, but the phone can't get out.
tearing my hair out now, been tryng for 2 hours...
