After updating my phone at SEUS software my phone became slower also the internal memory decrease by 20mb....What can i do to increase my memory...
Also sis software or other hacks that i can use to tweek my phone

Internal flash memory or RAM? If you're talking about the former, why worry about it anyway? Install all your apps and games on to a M2 card. I have approx. 100MB free on my internal flash drive.
To increase the amount of available RAM, close all apps through the task manager.
