Hi Friends,
I have a problem with my K800i phone.
Initially my K800i was locked to 3 network. Recently (After 2 years of my purchase from 3), I unlocked it using some local unlocking shop. From then onwards, I got the problem with back light.
When I switch on my phone, it is showing my backlight on the screen as well as key board. But after some time normally that light will go for power saving. But when we click any button, it should lit again. But backlight is not working.
Please advice me what's the software I need for this?
When I check my service menu, it is showing following details.

R1KG001
070418
I am not sure what is this as I am not too tecki...
Please guide me which software I need to work it as normal and where can I get it for download.

just reflash your phone to fix everything, quite easy if you want to do it yourself too . . .
