Newbie here,
I bought a G700 recently. I am so sad that i am not able to write continuously like in Nokia 6708. That is if i have to write a word i have to write it character by character which i feel is time taking and an age old technology. Can anyone please suggest an alternative that makes my life easier.
Please advise...

Character by character is way more accurate and faster than writing a full word, having a mistake in it and then correcting a letter or something.
