Hi everyone... thought i would start a little thread about this beauty seeing as we now have a windows mobile forum on esato
This thread is all about sharing your experiences and swapping details about what makes your omnia that little bit better than it was straight out the box!
I'll start things off with some images of my modded today screen... ENJOY!
First image is of my main desktop with bar at bottom taking me to each new screen and the second bar above that takes me to email, sms, call reg and favourites.
Second image is the second desktop along showing calender and it also shows up appointments if i had any lol.
Third menu is the main one showing all the app groups and when clicked takes u through to their folder (as shown in next images)
And here is a selection of progs once i have clicked on a group!
And here is the updated weather screen ala HTC Diamond!
And finally my contacts screen showing 15 popular contacts and an option to go into my phonebook if needed!
I did all the above using SPB Mobile Shell and the WQVGA Skins kit... background is same as xperia as i like the colours etc and think it suits the theme quite well!!!!

love your theme and icons look great. i downloaded spb shell but uninstalled it before the trial period was up, it didnt do anything for me at the time. yours looks great though.

Well worth the money to buy spb mobile shell as i now have a lovely omnia that wows ppl wen they see it and makes other omnia owners a little jealous as theirs isnt anywhere near as sexy lol...

to all omnia users i would suggest/recommend flashing the rom to one of the touch flo ones you can find on the net. its a hundred times better than the samsung touch wiz and alot better than spb shell. the phone is super fast with touch flo and touch flo actually works better and is more responsive on the omnia than on the htc touch diamond i had god willing.

I find spb mobile shell to work quickly and does what i need when i press a button it responds as quick as any other phone...

i just cant believe how fast touch flo is on the omnia god willing. alot faster than it was on the touch diamond and from what i remember much faster than spb shell as well. once you get past the touch flo interface and your on the regular wm pages they are the same as usual but touch flo is very fast.
