I'm on Orange in the UK. Some pages on the Orange website say use orangeinternet, some say use orangewap.

Orangeinternet: http://tinyurl.com/5bokta

Orangewap: http://tinyurl.com/5pgnn7

What's the difference between the APNs?

Mobile companies issue different APNs for different services. Orangewap, as the naMe suggests looks tome like a "restricted "WAP only" APN..using this, you might be restricted to a few mobile sites only.. also, there might be restrictions on connecting your phone and using it as a modem.

Orangeinternet seems to be a "normal" full access APN that is capable of providing the full internet experience on the phone -- and to a pc in case you connect your phone to a PC and access the internet using edge/3G.

This is what it seems to be at least from the name of the APNs..
