So i got my C902 a few weeks ago and decided to order my Martin Fields screen protector directly from them instead of off an ebay user, what a big mistake that was!

It has now been 6 weeks since i placed the order and nothing has arrived, they are claiming that it has been delivered but it hasnt and are now asking me for signed letters to confirm it hasnt been delivered and a utility bill to prove i live at the address it was sent to.

Now correct me if im wrong but shouldnt customers try to provide a high level of customer service?
Asking me to send a signed letter confirming that i havent received it is basically calling me a liar and over an order that cost about a tenner i find it frankly bemusing that they cant just send out a replacement order.

I never realised dealing with a company in Hong kong would be so difficult...

Not happy!
