Get a simple USB charger for the phone, connect to both phone and computer, turn off computer.
Phone battery from 100% to 0% in a matter of minutes, this I have found out by misstake of course... when I needed a full battery, and thought I had it ...

you'll shorten the battery's life by fully discharging it, so i wouldn't recommend you do it on purpose. why would you want to? these batteries don't suffer "memory effect" so there's really no need.

every battery, no matter what kind, suffers a memory effect. also, how does discharging the battery shorten its life. that doesn't make any sense. when you USE the phone thats discharging it.

Lithium polymer is a so called deep-cycle battery. Meaning It takes no harm from being fully discharged. The memory effect is virtually not existing(if at all) in lithium polymer battery.. same goes for lithium ion.
Nickel metal hydride batteries however does suffer slightly from memory effects nor is it damaged from being fully discharged. In fact. A metal hydride battery should be fully discharged every now and then.
