If so,
I'm in the market for a new turntable..
got up to £350 to spend..
what do I get?
looking at a Rega P2 and a Project RPM something or other..
am I missing any brands at all??

Planar used to be the only choice at that money...
...had the use of one ~a decade ago(can't remember arm/cart tho), phenomenal sound - even on awful quality dnb white labels!

There was a whole Planar range(3 or 4 models) back then, but P2 was the closest affordable quality for me, to a Pink Triangle(my buggered ears can't discern quality differences above that level)......
Remember, arm/cart choice matters muchly with a decent deck...don't scrimp! And try a few combos(any discerning retailer will be happy to oblige)!
