I ll go mad... I am using win XP and I am able to send pictures to my phone throu "send files" of windows.. But I can not send screen saver... Some of them are sent fine but some after sending operation are seen as a square in "my pictures". What is wrong?

you'll find that the pic has transfered fine you just need to give the phone some time to load the data. this obviously takes much less time with smaller images which is why screensaver images take more time as they are much bigger.

is right... basically you have to let the phone load the thumbnail view ( the one you see in 'My Pictures') as well as the actual pic. Be patient, it can take up to a minute depending on the size of pic... good luck

And if it doesn't show up, try to make the file smaller, if you can.
The biggest screensaver I got to work was ~ 25kb..
