as per the above, I'm trying to connect my C902 to my PC to run PC Suite to back everything up for a Software Update, I plug in the lead and select Phone Mode on the phone, but my PC won't recognise the Phone, I keep unplugging and trying again, but to no avail. If I use Mass Storage it works fine (the PC finds the phone), along with Media Transfer, but in Phone Mode the PC is not recognising the phone.

Any ideas?

Thanks for that, but when I clicked on my phone it came up:

Some models have been converted to use Flash Mode Activation, for which only the common USB flash driver is needed.

This driver is installed automatically by Emma.


Excuse my ignorance, but is there another way I can load it?

sorry, thought it would help you.

seems you dont need anymore these drivers so you should be able to connect your phone to pc suite without any problems. try using MyPhoneExplorer(MPE): http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=105374
