> Are screen guard's still necessary?

I know this is a bit of a contentious issue, but the newer SE phones seem to have really good scratch-resistant screens. Obviously one could scratch them if the impact is hard enough, but in general, are screen guards as 'necessary' as they used to be?
Note - I am referring to just screen guards. I personally believe that the camera lens covers are a different matter.

If you phone is touch sensitive-screen then you should use one either doesn’t need.
