I've already sent him a PM mate, doesn't look as if he's online just now though.

Good evening.

Ive heard my name mention.

I can see that some one else has place the code on the above screen.

I really cant stress enough about what damage you can do in the engineer menu.

If you are going to use it, just dont start to click all over the place. This can change a setting with out you noticing it as you dont get a warning, it justs changes.

I will try to help people of the best i can.

You can either update the thread of pm me.

I have already responded to the pm's at the moment

Thanks for the Code. I made my speakers louder but when I played a Track the volume gets as quiet as before I changed the volume. Does anybody know how to change the volume and also the volume for Dolby Mobile?

Hi All,new to this site, have accessed the service menu with the help of the forum, but how do you actually save any settings made,i i tried to query this with lg support but was sternly told that i should not be accessing the engineers menu and refused to help!I was told the ringtone volume was indeed very loud on this phone and that mine may have a fault,i explained that several people had commented on this also and was basically shot down.I dont think i actually have a fault but would like to increase the volume, cant be bothered with the inconvenience of sending my phone for repair only to be told that there is nothing wrong with it!Many thanks for any help guys!

I too am wondering how to 'save' settings. I am trying to force the phone to use the 3G frequencies as there is no option in the menus.

Also anyone know where or how I can restory to factory settings and get back the games and such the phone comes with?

I think the one I got was a tester/ demo unit.

Thanks in advance.
