There is a schematic of the flash and data cable that will work for the T68. There are also some extra wires running to pins 1 and 2 I think but I think those are just the headset pins. Also, from what I measured from a multimeter, there seems to be diodes between the ground and the tx/rx lines. There might be some other circuitry involved also, but I wouldn't know.
