> Flooring Issue

I bought some wooden flooring in 2005 from a local floofing company. Now the fitting etc, was excellent, but now one of the flooring panels has started to make a clicking sound. It looks like the top layer of the engineered board, has come un-stuck. I have been to the flooring company, who asked which flooring it was, and if I had any left over. The product I purchased had a 5-10 year warranty, now the flooring company has said they will replace one of the panels, but want me to pay for the fitting.
Anyone know where I stand with this issue, before I go and give them a boll*cking.
