Hi! I've recently made an application with some registry changing capabilities specifically for the Sony Ericsson X1. The application has been growing since then, with more then simple registry tweaks, and at the moment I've had 10.000 unique hits on my website!
Maybe you'll enjoy this too! Please check my website for the latest version 2.0 (with the ability to choose default panel @ startup + more) and more information:

All kinds of feedback is appreciated!
Cheers!

oh, thats you? I've been mentioning it a couple of times in the X1 thread, especially when it was updated to allow the choice for the default panel.
I didn't have any idea that nelshh was you though... nice one

Awesome, I'm still amazed I managed to emulate the windows messages sent out by the panel-button on the X1. I'm also right now working on a port of the panels to the Touch-HD together with harvsingh on xda-developers.
Hopefully this will make the panel interface more popular and subject to some new customized panels!

I took a good look through the registry and was surprised that the default panel wasn't there in an entry, but I guess SE didn't think to offer a choice of default panel and so its been hard coded
