Hi, i recently bought a C702 but it came with R3BA035 firmware and i'm having some issues with the camera software, whenever i use the "photo light", i get yellowish pictures, i thought that if i update via SEUS i might get a more recent firmware, but the software says i already have the latest version installed...

I have read something about changing my cda, but i have some doubts about the process:
Will it delete the applications that came with the phone? (i.e. google maps)
What could be the correct CDA number?... this have caused me some confusion since when i go to the service menu, this is what i get:

R3BA035
prg12049289_GENERIC_NG R3BA035
...
SW Version
Camera: 2.6
...

ITP Software Version: 1202-5800 R1D185

Customization
No CDA 1202-6843 R3BA035
AMERICA
...

So, as far as i can understand, i have no CDA... so i think the CDA change option would not work for me, but i need to improve the camera software and generally everything else, how can i do it?

Another question: What is a custom pack?, i think i saw one for my phone available to download...

Thank you a lot in advance and sorry for the long post...

Any help would be greatly appreciated..
...

if you update with SEUS you probably will get your apps deleted.

your cda number is 1202-6843.

the yellow-ish issue it's been with us since a long time. try to change the WB settings.

Another solution with yellowish tint would be the N1 camdriver - it reduced the yellow tint on mine, but shutter speed is decreased so you have to keep your hands very steady.

Thanks Amras, you could verify the firmware by going to Settings --> General --> Update Service --> Software Version, the second line, the one that says R3xxxxx is the firmware version, could you verify it for me, please?
