My nokia 3100 is locked to ????
I used NokiaFree unlocker and lots of others, and they gave incorrect code when i select tesco, (where i bought it). i researched that also some tesco phones are locked to o2
Tried that, no luck

Did you try all these incorrect codes ? You can try only 5 times, then the phone is definitively locked and won't accept any codes anymore, not even the right code.
The only way to unlock the phone then, is by cable.
