People read this: I bought my SE W850i last year, it worked flawlessly till when I travelled to Nigeria. I couldn't use my T-mobile sim,so I had to buy a Nigerian sim.I activated the WAP service on the sim and I decided to upload some games on my phone. I didn't know that the games uploaded were going to damage my phone. As I was playing a game the phone froze.I switched off my phone,and when I turned it back on and went to open game, it did not open instead it came up with OPERATION FAILED.Help me

All you need to do is to reflash your phone.

Did it happen on all of the games installed? If it only happened on a specific game, it is possible that it's a corrupted java game. Try to reinstall it. It also happened to me before. What i did is that i just reinstalled the game from a different source.

then you'll need to look for the files for your w850.
