I bought my w910i around 3 months ago and not it does not make or reicve calls anymore it has benn like this for 3 days now can anyone help me as i dont know why it has happened

some advice please to help me fix the problem as i like the phone

Did you buy the phone new or secondhand? Could be the phone has been blacklisted. If this is the case there's not much that can be done I'm afraid!
