> W960 Jog Dial problem

Hello! I have a W960 phone and I've been experiencing a problem with the Jog Dial for about a week. Most of the time the phone doesn't respond to scrolling up or down (pressing in works fine). Scrolling works only from time to time (I still haven't figured out when) and sometimes the phone reacts to scrolling with a few seconds delay like it's busy doing something else. I believed it was a software issue so I tried master reset and software update but it didn't help. I'm sending the phone to be repaired next week, but until then can you please suggest a way I can fix it myself? I'll be very thankful.
