unlocked brand new in the box. mocha.
I picked it up yesterday still sealed. broke the seal to have a little play make sure its all working. updated with the latest software.
really nice phone wanted for myself but dont think it will get used. paid £300 for it.

The E90 is still king of Nokia's smart phones and can not only do what you ask but much more it has many advantages over a N95 not least it's great 4" screen and full qwerty keyboard.
