My SE C905 is in a service centre few questions:
How long will it take to fix? the website of the company claims 8 hours.
Will they charge or give me a new one?

Had my W800 camera repaired. They send it to Keune Nagel to repair which took about 4 days in total. They did a good job and didn't cost anything as it was under warranty.

I hope you aren't in the states. PTS Electronics in Bloomington sucks a** big time. I'd rather fly to Europe/Asia to get my phone repaired than hand it over to those rascals.
Come to think of it, even Nokia's service center in the U.S. is absolutely pathetic.

it really depends where the s.e centre is. mines took up to 11 days to get fixed would have got it back a bit quicker but they ended up losing it and then finding it again.
