can you change the THEMES in the samsung innov8?
and, will there be any other color for the unit coming out in the near future? or will it be just black...

Some S60 themes work while others don't. The problem is that each icon has a specific UID. All Nokia S60 phones have the same menu layout while Samsung's implementation differs a bit. Use a SIS info extractor to get the UID, change the relevant bits in the theme file and repack.
The Innov8 is like the N95 - it'd be too much of a manufacturing hassle to create another color that'll have lower sales. Black is universally popular.
EDIT:
Does your phone have the dust issue? The first batches reportedly had this problem, so I'm interested to know if Samsung has rectified this serious manufacturing defect.
