i will like to if you put bluetooth on the w200a se phone heard something about some code if so how to do so

Cant be done with a code as Bluetootrh requires hardware that the W200a does not have. Only option to have bluetooth is to buy another phone.

Incorrect. BT is a software protocol for sending and receiving data wirelessly. The hardware part is the transreceiver. Of course, they are interdependent as you mentioned by your somewhat offbeat analogy.
