What's this? it's a modded cam driver for Sony Ericsson p1i.
Don't expect MUCH in the begining but I'll do my best in my free time. Copy as instructed.
Modifications:
I have enlarged: WhiteBalance, ImageFrameSize UXGA, VideoFrameSize QVGA, Quality Medium, AutoFocus Normal, FlashLamp None, Exposure Normal, NightMode On, VideoBandwidths, 3MP ImageEstimates[frameSize][quality]. You'll see photos examples in near future. I'll provide You with some after my health improoves.
Enjoy!!!

i think the modding has stalled with that 30fps video mod...not that it was an insignificant mod but it did nothin for the pics...and it makes no difference to me coz i hardly use video recording...just wish we could get rid of the green tint and could get accurate colors...

the things like color-sharpness-autofocus-....
all are in a file called cameradrv.ldd located in the P1 (any UIQ3) Z: drive and it is a coded file which can not be edited easily with notepad.
you can still change some of the camera parameters through a simple txt file (you can find this file (and how to apply) by a simple google (or even esato)searching).

Z:\\sys\\bin (of course you will need to grant the access to your system files by a program called capswitch)
and by the way.... it's camdrv.ldd

parameters like:
video framerate (for each quality settings ... fine-normal-economy)
image compression (for each quality settings)
video bitrate
video and image prefix and suffixes like (DSC... or whatever)
change the default camera folder
number of burst shots
camera sounds
video audio bitrate
the amount of seconds in the self timer
image and video formats (3gp or MP4)(not really has an effect on the quality because of the same codec)
